Stylish and sophisticated 2017 Mazda3

The upgraded 2017 Mazda3 is now available at Mitchell Mazda, boasting new technologies, exterior updates and an enhanced cabin.

The 2017 Mazda3 model range is available in four specification levels, each benefitting from the comprehensive enhancements. Upgrades include a revised grill, new front fog light bezel, new wraparound indicators on the door mirrors and a redesigned rear bumper on hatchback versions. SE and SE-L Nav trim cars feature 16-inch alloy wheels, while Sport Nav models benefit from newly designed 18-inch alloy wheels. The 2017 Mazda3 is available in eight colours, including Mazda’s new Machine Grey Metallic, Eternal Blue Mica and Sonic Silver Metallic colour options.

Inside, the 2017 Mazda3’s cabin has also been updated and includes high-quality switch panels, handle surrounds and a new heated leather steering wheel^. A more practical centre console and a full colour head-up display finishes the new look. Additional highlights include  auto-folding heated doors mirrors and an electronic parking brake.

Featuring the award-winning range of SKYACTIV petrol and diesel engines, the 2017 Mazda3 is offered with a choice of 105ps 1.5-litre or 150ps 2.2-litre SKYACTIV-D diesel engines, alongside a petrol line-up that includes 120ps and 165ps versions of the 2.0-litre SKYACTIV-G. New for the 2017 models, the 1.5-litre SKYACTIV-D diesel engine and the 2.2-litre SKYACTIV-D engine now feature Transient Control, which ensures a more positive throttle response by reducing turbo lag and boosting torque to deliver a petrol-like engine feel.

The 2017 Mazda3 also features G-Vectoring Control (GVC), the first of Mazda’s SKYACTIV-VEHICLE DYNAMICS technologies. GVC varies engine torque to optimise wheel load to provide more precise handling and improved comfort. Ride comfort has been increased further thanks to additional vibration damping materials and suspension revisions.

Further refinement has been achieved thanks to the introduction of Mazda’s Natural Sound Smoother (NSS) technology, which reduces knock noise during starting and low-speed acceleration on diesel engines. Noise inside the cabin has also been reduced thanks to noise suppression material in the roof, doors and dashboard.

Priced from £17,595 to £24,195, the stylish 2017 Mazda3 is available from now until the end of the year, with 0% APR* on Conditional Sale over three years, with a 50% customer deposit. For those looking at PCP, the Mazda3 is also available with 0% deposit and 0% APR* over 36 months.
