We are delighted to be able to open our doors once again to all customers, both new and our most loyal.

However, in compliance with Government guidelines to keep both you and our teams safe, we are certain that you will not be surprised that we have had to make a number of important changes and adaptions to our everyday life here at Cheshire Oaks.

We are now in the position to be inviting customers back into our three showrooms.  Of course, we will be respecting strict social distancing rules and avoiding overcrowding.  With these significant changes, we have taken the decision to identify a longstanding and highly experienced colleague, Fiona Beech, to be dedicated full-time to achieving all aspects of Government guidance.

When your car is with us for either routine servicing or MOT or essential repairs, you will also notice some procedural changes.  We are regrettably pausing the use of our courtesy cars and our home collection and drop-off service.  This is simply to reduce any unnecessary contact. 

Again, and in line with Government legislation, our legendary hospitality will be restricted and early morning bacon sandwiches and afternoon teas are “on the back burner” for the time being.  This said, we can highly recommend some fresh air along the Shropshire Union canal situated on our doorstep. 

This list is almost finished but finally, we are immensely saddened to say that we have had to suspend our Saturday morning Wash & Go car wash until further notice.

We have put numerous safety measures in place as you will see from our information video.  These include-

∙ Sanitisation of your car before and after each workshop visit including the use of key bags.

∙ Introducing two-metre marking and directional signage

∙ Safer test drives and vehicle evaluations with the option for “contactless” drop   off and pick up from your home.

∙ Rigorous hygiene standards with strategically-located hand sanitising stations gloves, masks and installation of protective screens in all customer-facing areas.

∙ A new “one way” system for all service visits.
