Great people to deal with. Bought 3 Octavia vRS' off the same guy - haven't seen him for 2yrs, went to have a look aound and he remembered my name, my wife's name and my youngest boys name too. So, I bought another Octavia vRS. David Alexander - top salesman.
I was very impressed with your salesman Ben Walker and felt I should let you know how much of a pleasure it was dealing with him, he was very attentive, very informative and more than anything he did what he said he would do - very basic but vitally important in this day and age.
I have had the pleasure of driving most makes of car including Audi, Toyota, Landrover and Subaru, but the latest Skoda (Superb SEL 4x4) takes some beating.
I would like to record my absolute satisfaction with the way Matt dealt with me yesterday.
I entered your dealership at 4:30pm, not too far from close of business, after discovering one of my tyres was terminally damaged. As I had no spare tyre, a replacement was the only option and a previous call to Kwik Fit could not provide a tyre until Saturday. Although I wasn't a Skoda customer Matt instantly checked the tyre size on my car, identified you had a tyre in stock and got my car into the workshop to have it fitted. I was back on the road by 5:15pm. Whilst I was waiting for my car to be returned I reflected how stress free I felt and this was entirely down to the first 30 seconds of talking with Matt.
Matt is an absolute credit to your dealership. I am sure this level of service is a standard throughout your dealership and it will certainly influence me when replacing my current car.

Just want to say a big thank you to you (Ben) and all at Mitchells for parting me from my money so effortlessly, seamlessly, and with a smile.
Due to issues with my private plate and the logjam in our diary it all became a bit of a rush in the end - another big thank you for that. It would have been another 2 weeks or so before we could have taken delivery. Thank you also for the beautiful flowers - and to think I only came in 10 days ago for a service on my Octavia !
I would like to comment that from the point of sale with Harry Hughes through to the Aftersales service with Matt and Karl, and the hard work of Neil the technician I feel that I could not have received a better service anywhere else.
I have always been impressed with the service that I have received but on this occasion I cannot help but feel that all the staff that I have mentioned certainly surpassed themselves. They have the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and left me with the feeling of confidence in their service. In fact, I believe that all of your staff appear to be a happy band and I cannot help but feel that the attitudes and values displayed by your staff reflects the way they feel about their jobs which is no doubt due to your personal leadership and direction.

Thanks. An alternator bearing on my Fabia literally broke up as I was on my way to the airport to collect my wife last Friday. This is my first breakdown in 200,000 miles. Having been a Ford owner for very many years, considering buying a car that isn’t a Ford was quite a step for me to take! The reason for this email is to let you know that Dawn was - like the car I eventually bought and collected - absolutely superb! Nothing was too much trouble for her. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in my new car and then provided me with some options to consider. Each time I came up with a different question about the specification etc. she responded promptly and helpfully. All the way through she has been extremely professional, but in a really warm and engaging way.

I have been very privileged to own a variety of cars including Porche, Range Rover, Jaguar, BMW etc.. Without any doubt my Skoda compares favourably with them all. I have just checked my fuel consumption for last week at 45.8MPG - driving sensibly but quickly where I could.
VW Group have obviously been very stupid but where does this all lead to? Are we going to have ambulance chasing solicitors inviting "class actions". Are the 1.6 and 2.0 litre diesel engine cars going to lose a huge amount of their value? Can VW Group survive? Will people cancel orders?
For my part I hope to P/X my car with you next March for a 1 year old identical Skoda model !
On 30th April this year I took possession of the Skoda Octavia.... I am writing to tell you how thrilled I am with this model. When we decided to commit ourselves Dave kept us well informed as to the progress of the order, when the vehicle was being built and of the course the date for collection.... Superb customer care and professionalism.
One final point I wish to praise you on and that is the Saturday morning car wash. The lounge is well appointed like an airport VIP lounge, the young girls helping with the coffee machine are so polite -in fact me and my dog really look forward to our Saturday morning treat.

My experience with Lexus Chester has been very positive.
Jane Waddington looked after me throughout the whole process and has been very friendly and supportive. Being 70 miles away and buying the car without seeing it, it was a risk but I can safely say that it was honestly described and prepared to the highest standard, and the whole process from start to finish was exemplary with everything handled mostly over the phone and by e-mail. I would definitely recommend Lexus Chester to my friends, family and colleagues as I'm sure they would not be disappointed by the fantastic service you have to offer.
We recently purchased a 2 year old Mazda MX-5 from Wayne Thomas. We would like to praise the way he dealt with us, no request was too much trouble and he kept us informed about progress with the car at all times. On collection he made us feel totally at ease and time was no problem - answering all our questions regarding the equipment in the car. People are quick to complain these days, but do not consider praising somebody when the service has been excellent, which it was.

Matt on the service desk was superb, I waited for the service and a full check on the cars performance to be done in all I was there for 1 1/2 hours but the facilities were brilliant, free coffee, Wi Fi, and even a bacon butty, what more could you want !!!

We looked at many 4x4's including BMW, Range Rover, Land Rover, VW etc. We felt none of them could offer the excellent visibility or stylish looks of the Yeti, and most were more expensive.
We came to your dealership and were offered the ex-demo Elegance with various extras and decided to buy that. Se we are now a two-Yeti family !
I have an engineering background. To my real surprise, there are design elements of the Yeti which I feel are superior to the BMW.
