Centre Host

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Centre Host within our Mazda and Skoda business here at Cheshire Oaks.

The successful applicant will have immaculate personal presentation, be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication and people skills - building rapport and understanding customers’ needs with a calm manner, mature mind and a friendly attitude. In addition, they will also need to be computer literate including Microsoft Word and Excel.

The host will be responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors - making them feel welcome and cared for. He/she will manage and co-ordinate the showroom environment and ambience which is widely recognised as the very best in the UK motor industry.

The Host will be a key member of a small and well-established team and will be vital to providing a seamless service to customers between different departments. They will report directly to our Group Financial Controller.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm (with half an hour for lunch) and alternate Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 12:30pm. Salary will be commensurate to experience.
