Overview

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and confident individual to join our industry-leading and culture-driven Mitchell Group brand. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to a warm, friendly and self-motivated person who enjoys engaging with customers and taking ownership of projects.

You will be working within a busy and successful environment as part of a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering outstanding results and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with manufacturer standards and brand guidelines across Lexus, Mazda and Škoda
• Uphold and enhance the Mitchell Group brand image across all channels
• Take ownership of the Group website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and up to date
• Plan and execute franchise events throughout the calendar year, from concept through to delivery
• Engage digitally with our database of over 23,000 customers, supporting strong customer relations and retention
• Create and deliver marketing campaigns across digital platforms including email, social media and web
• Monitor performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of key responsibilities
• A proactive and creative thinker with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
