Lexus awarded Mitchell Group with the franchise in 1999 and in February 2001, the UK’s biggest facility was opened on the Group’s newly acquired five acre development at Cheshire Oaks. Lexus Chester was just the third company to construct and launch the iconic Lexus Centre architecture. With the company echoing the Brand's attention to detail, the partnership flourished. Recognition across the UK and indeed Europe for a passion for ‘all things’ Lexus makes for many legendary customer service stories at Lexus Chester.

I was extremely well looked after. I went to the Mazda / Skoda building and worked in the offices there as Lexus was having some work done and a lovely lady offered me a bacon sandwich ! My car was lovely and clean when I got it back. I can't think of anything you could do to improve the service.
